Disclaimer & sponsorship safety.
Understand what the data means, verify every opportunity and never pay for a job offer or Certificate of Sponsorship.
Independent information service
My Visa Sponsorship is independent of the UK Government, Home Office, GOV.UK, NHS and listed employers. We are not an immigration adviser or recruitment agency and do not provide advice about an individual’s circumstances.
Licensed does not mean hiring
A “licensed sponsor” label means the organisation appeared on the relevant official sponsor register in the dataset’s stated update. It does not mean it has vacancies, will sponsor a specific position, or will sponsor you.
Hiring signals are separate
A “hiring signal” means a potentially relevant public vacancy was observed. It is not a guarantee that the role remains open, meets immigration requirements or includes sponsorship. Always confirm on the employer’s official site.
Fraud warning
Never pay an employer or recruiter for a Certificate of Sponsorship, a guaranteed job, an interview or priority processing. Be cautious of unofficial email domains, messaging-only recruitment and requests for money or identity documents.
Official checks
Check the current GOV.UK sponsor register. For advice about your case, use an adviser authorised by the Immigration Advice Authority or another approved legal regulator.
