1. The service

Service name: MyVisaSponsorship.

My Visa Sponsorship provides search and information tools based on public and third-party data. We do not provide jobs, visas, Certificates of Sponsorship, recruitment representation or regulated immigration advice.

2. Free workspace and subscriptions

The job-search workspace is free to use. New paid subscriptions cost £4.99 every 14 days for Plus and £9.99 every 30 days for Pro. These are exact day-based intervals, not calendar months. Payment is taken at purchase and automatically each period until cancelled. Access begins after confirmed payment. You must explicitly agree to recurring billing before checkout.

3. Cancellation and existing purchases

Cancel future renewals in My account before the next billing date. Cancellation is confirmed on the account page, and access continues through the paid period. Contact support if cancellation cannot be completed. Older one-off purchases are not automatically converted into subscriptions; older subscriptions remain subject to the terms agreed at purchase.

4. Immediate access, cooling-off rights and refunds

You may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. If you request the service to start during that period, a lawful proportionate charge for the service already supplied may apply when you cancel. For digital content, a cancellation right is lost only where all legal requirements for express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation have been met. Simply signing in does not remove all cancellation rights. Outside applicable statutory rights, payments for an activated or renewed period are normally non-refundable for a change of mind. Activation or accessing the site does not by itself remove statutory cancellation rights. Cancelling future renewals does not automatically request a refund for the current period. Contact us with your purchase details to request cancellation or a refund. Nothing in these terms limits a refund, price reduction or other remedy required by law, including where the service is faulty, materially misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.

5. Accuracy and availability

Sponsor status and vacancies can change without notice. Users must verify information with GOV.UK and the employer. We may correct, update or remove records and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Acceptable use

Accounts are personal. Users must not share credentials, scrape, copy, resell, bulk-export or republish the database, or attempt to bypass access controls.

7. Payment processing

Stripe processes payments and may send a receipt. New subscriptions create recurring charges until cancelled. Your statutory rights are not excluded.

8. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, the service is for general information and users remain responsible for applications and decisions.
