This policy covers the planned account and Stripe payment experience. Controller identity, address and contact email must be inserted before customer launch.

Information we expect to process

Account details such as name and email; access-pass, payment reference and expiry information; support correspondence; and security, device and usage information. Stripe processes payment details under its own privacy notice.

Why we use information

To provide accounts and purchased access, secure the service, answer support requests, keep legal and financial records, prevent misuse and improve the service. The lawful basis will depend on the activity, including contract, legal obligation and legitimate interests.

Sharing and retention

Information may be shared with hosting, authentication, analytics, email and payment providers only as needed. Retention periods must be finalised against legal, tax, security and support requirements before launch.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict processing, object, or receive portable data. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
